Rubbish..Asherons Call, Everquest, Ultima Online etc all well before WoW, Asherons Call was very casual

That's why I said virtually. Never played Asherons but I'd argue EQ and UO were more hardcore than WoW
Regardless, the point I made stands that WoW is not by any stretch a "hardcore mmo" as a66as suggested as a comparison point to Division - lol.
try disabling VOIP.
Buy the green blueprints and reroll them at the calibration table if you craft something decent.

40 person raids that took 4 hours to complete is pretty hardcore

If I may, make sure that you don't put everything towards DPS and neglect health and electronics somewhat. I have and it takes forever to come back from.

My match making is seriously broken when I select challenging missions;only sends me low leven guys who haven't completed the missions. Then someone else tries and it works. A Google search yielded nothing 
I do make sure I keep my health up as well as DPS, recently gave up 10k damage for a 13k health increase as it was a bit low for my liking.
all of them? I can most prob get 2 atm and have some credits left over
I bought them all and you can then mix and match. 2 of each item does some good enhancements and 3 is the sweetspot IMO, plus they are 214 gear, so should boost up your DPS/Health/Skill.
40 person raids that took 4 hours to complete is pretty hardcore
ToV or Vex Thal pre raid tool anyone, or how about vanilla Fear raids? EQ was hardcore back in the day.
