Nah you cant. You need to do normal, to unlock hard and challenge.

Then heroic is a higher rank requirement.

268 was from a normal, and hard underground mission lol!

Done normal and hard and got 2x268s from them (BLIND Mask and Firecrest Kneepads

)

Stats are nothing special though, which is disappointing...

BLIND kit will be killer in the Underground though, lots of baddies bunched together

That's underground, you have to go underground to do so, but to do that, you have to complete the mission, I forget what it's called.

It's not, Special Containment or something like that, it'll be there when you open your map.
