Use Alt Ent for now, you can set the settings post cutscene, mine defaulted to 4k instead of 1440P.

If anyone wants to group just shoot me an invite.

I'm in the game and its brilliant looking.. I run to an area and find 2 dudes looting.. I hold right click, aim for the head... left click.. nothing... move closer, thinking it might be a weird setup. move into cover.. get spotted.. they shoot me to hell, I cant defend myself. I CANT fire my damn guns. mapping says left click.. left click works in menus. but not in game. argh

Won't start for me I get the Uplay spinning logo and the splash screen it then just goes back to the desktop ?

Well game loads up quickly, looks great..

First time I loaded, Right mouse button lets me aim, left mouse button doesn't fire.

Second time I loaded, mouse buttons don't work at all, so cant aim or fire.

Do you have any sort of controller/pedals/wheel plugged in?
