The Division: Share Your Build Thread

if I get a deadeye OR hunters back pack tonight it will be done!! I hope I get it. I might even farm bloody heroic CS for it over the next few days lol!!

Tek asked for it so here is a breakdown of my current PVP build:

MP7 x2
Brutal, Swift and Ferocious (crap I know)
+43% crit hit damage
Other MP7(which was the one I was using but not shown in screenshot)
Vicious, capable and Brutal
+37% crit hit damage

Gear:
5 sentry, 1 savage gloves
Savage gloves have +477 SMG damage
+35% crit hit damage
+2272 marksman rifle damage

Base crit hit chance = 27% + pulse = 61%
Base crit hit damage = 103% + pulse = !80%

Both MP7's have 12k base damage and I run booster shot and pulse.

it was OK solo as I was looking for smaller groups....but I still get wrecked easily by the large groups obviously.

I am going to try alpha soon as a test as well

Cheers Gamble. I'm going to have to give my SMG build a go in pvp. It's quite similar to yours in terms of weaponry.

Oh crap so they did......good point. Means I can put better mods on it then, thanks for that!

I tried it out and it seemed alright(reckless) but I get what you mean. I only ran savage yesterday for PVE stuff and I think I actually prefer it.

Vigarous chest could be a viable option as well though for the booster shot overheal.

most of the PVP builds I've seen have used either savage gloves or vigorous chest.

Only thing is I only seem to gain about 3k DPS from vigorous so not sure its worth it.

Exactly what I was thinking! If you had an M1A critting for say 125-150K per shot, spam a few bodyshots on a player that already getting teamshot, especially if someone on your team is running Sentry too  Need look out for a hipfire acc. mod to fit the M1A :D

Remember division classes hip fire as the mechanic before you even aim down sights, the one with the big circular crosshair. The hip fire bonus won't help when you've aimed down sights but not yet looked into the scope.

Sorry Frodders I worded my question wrong. I want to know the scores that gear already comes with, not what I can re-roll. Example: base armour on a 240 vest is 830-1018, but whats the base range on 268 vests?

that is a good question cadmunkey - I haven't seen a trend tbh, it always seems random.

I will post some pics and breakdowns of my builds tomorrow as I now have:
"finalised sentry/savage set
*finalised tacticians/fm set for support
*almost finalised alphabridge set
*almost finalised reclaimer support build

For the DPS builds I have dropped toughness down to around 400k, I used to run 470k but I gained 500-700 extra firearms points which tbh, makes zero difference in PVP and very little in PVE when you are part of a decent group.

3 current builds.

they're randomly generated and don't believe massive have documented these anywhere.

Sentry Build / The L35 tamer :D

Same weapon as a few posts back.

No Vicious, Accurate or Dodgy G36 DPS booster talents.

Shotgun to mark the targets, then quick switch to LVAO-C for max carnage.

Just had a few UG Heroic test runs, and didn't notice any ill effects from dropping below 400k stamina.

EDIT;

Thanks Frodders and Karathez.
After testing, and with figures supplied by Karathez - Swift talent skews DPS by 8% ish.
So the DPS on this build is a more realistic 267k DPS

Swift is one of those booster talents that inflates DPS, just like the firecrest set does ;)

Thought it might have been, but hadn't seen anyone comment on it before.

Got any links, or comparisons, i would be interested in the effect it makes.

Iirc my dps went from 240k to 257k when I rolled it on my ar, so not as huge as fc's which was 50k when i equipped that, again this is from memory not screenies so may not be entirely accurate.

Hopefully a simple answer, for the life of me I can't unlock weapon talents.....because I don't have enough 'points' (or whatever :D).
Firearms is 3000 maybe, Health around 2100, Electronics 1200 maybe.
To unlock a lot of the talents they all have to be above 2500 (I think)
Which is strange as my GS is 250 (most of what I'm wearing is high 268 gear).......(DPS 195k Tough 515k Skill 22k)

Just thought I should easily be unlocking this stuff at this stage of the game?
If I switch out gear (again 268 stuff) I can't even get close to unlocking the talents :(
