Explored the new DZ areas with Tony tonight, very impressed!

The top of the DZ and all the body bags piled up and the blood in the snow?! :eek: :cool: Had taken some screenies but for some reason they aren't showing up...

Liking the landmarks + the way they have expanded the rooftops a bit.

And damn you Donald Trump for building that wall closing of central park!!!! :p

wow yeah, the new DZ areas feel fantastic, just looks like total chaos up there, and at night with all the lights, snow, body bags burning - it's just truly breathtaking looking in a very morbid way,

So I have not played since incursions first launched and have a gear level of 180. Do I really need to buy the dlc and how do I go about gearing up now?

The DLC is cheap enough to warrant the purchase if you like the game and gearing up should be done by changing the world tier to 5 from the top left in the map.
 
This patch seems to be a lot less stable as I do seem to get more lock ups than before, even though I have disabled dx12. Quite a few times I have needed to soft reset since the server update on Thursday.
 
Thank goodness I have a banshee set now for when playing with itchy trigger tony... ;) :p :D

+1 to the above for skills

For DZ, I always take the conceal pulse. With 1.6, I'm finding, health/booster shot pretty pointless now as it doesn't regen. enough health to make it worth while imo so think I might switch to sentry mines/balls for that second skill.
 
Never done any of the incursions or whatever... think its time to boot this back up - might aswell add some of you to group up with!
 
You and 1Tap on tonight Nex? I might boot up and see how much my stuff has been nerfed.

Yeah I will be, think Tony said he would be too, unsure what time for myself though, probably about 7/8 though...

TBH, it isn't too bad, you just need to roll all your stuff to either health (at least that is what I'm doing) or if you already have health, then take your pick for the minor stuff, I went with DTE mostly.

Expanded DZ areas are really nice, especially the top part of dz 9, very jam packed & chaotic looking, it really looks like **** went down.

Better get yourself a banshee set though as with Tony it is now shoot on sight lol
 
These are my current last stand builds I am rocking:

Highend
Burst Fire MP5
Vigarous Chest
Tenacious Mask
Spec Backpack
Skulls gloves
Nimble Holster

CHD rolled on backpack and knees
Health on chest and holster
Kill or be killed (my most successful LS build yet and does disgusting damage)

I switch out the burst mp5 when my finger gets tired (giggity) and go mp7

Be good to have you on Josh, I've enjoyed it last day since I've been on. Playing horizon zero on me Pro until around 8 but be on after that.

I am a little trigger happy now in 1.6, to me it feels whoever pulls the trigger first will win the fight now.

Gamble, help me with pvp build please.

Doesn't bother me if I loose stuff - woah things have changed! Should be on around 8 also.

Decent looking build there. Get yourself a spec. backpack and your skill will be about 105k without needing to place electronics into it.

Likewise, loot is pointless for me now as:

- game is still trash for me when it comes to RNG and drops
- I have more than enough credits from selling 95% of the crap I get
- not going to gain anything "much" better since already at end gear stuff for 3 builds

So more than happy to go rogue or whatever now :D

Main pro with banshee is the extra damage you get against rogues (which increases further if you get killed by them when not rogue) + extra damage to targets out of cover.
