If you can get more skill go for It as you will reach the cap quicker.

I use 29k skill on my tacticians setup for PVE, but 34k for PVP areas as it provides a stronger cap a lot quicker

Can easily get 720-730k with min maxing your gear but it costs a lot. I think I spent 5-7 million to get my +700k, 30k tac build.
 
another thing to consider is performance mods. Some of them are beneficial for tacticians. I use perf modes for smart cover based stuff, pulse and edr.
 
Random drop, kiss my ...., random junk maybe

1st char - lone star gloves
2nd - nomad mask & holster
3rd - nomad holster AGAIN!.

All weapons junk with the exeption of maybe an acr, but only 9.4k damage, prepared & deadly as talents.

Momo doesn't have a mic and he/we do just fine :) It is literally no hindrance at all having 1 without a mic. Even two is ok, as long as you can hear.

Very nice, that's so much easier up there, if you're running this after 9pm I wouldn't mind giving that a quick run if you have a slot, looks so much more fun from that spot :)

Main thing is I am not darkzoning it until I get my pvp gear finalised

Popped my head in last night and got destroyed by a clan. I have a build im trying to put together which will compete but I lack PVP talent lol

Smart + pulse + reclaimer + 2 tactical link = Very OP :D

All you need is 2 tact and 2 survival links. Hell you could even use 3 tactical links. People are very conservative with the use of their ultimates and it doesn't take long for them to come back.

At the truck part let the runners use survival link and the DPS guys co-ordinate spam tactical link. Even better if they have skilled :p

really - genuinely just got my first one outside of the DZ after logging in tonight, how long has this been going on? I take it if you aren't online on the 1st and 15th of each particular month they didn't roll over till the next time you were online?

It was released in 1.3 :) But they didn't tell us till yesterday as a surprise which I think is quite nice tbh.

So 15th of this month was the first 15th since the patch dropped :)

I don't think they roll. If you miss the date, you miss the supply but this is a taster of whats to come in 1.4
