Looks amazing. Also, wonder if the Nord race will be given any bonus attributes due to Skyrim being their home land.

I am playing through Oblivion again atm. Still a bloody brilliant game

Can some one confirm if this game is design for console and then port to PC and if there will be huge difference between console and PC (graphic wise)?

All footage shown has been of the 360 version. I've heard the UI for both will be optimized for their input devices as well.

The fact that they are showing the 360 version does admittedly make me wary, why show the console version (which honestly doesn't look great compared to modded Oblivion) when the PC version is so much better?

Because they want to show a grounded, realistic version that the majority will get. Why show the PC version when only a tiny minority will get it? If what you see is what you get, it actually makes it far far more impressive. The days of being misled are increasingly being left behind. The game is marketed as a console game for a console audience. The PC version is just a minor footnote.
