I can't believe I'm installing Skyrim again with all the mods!

The only reason I'm doing it to compare the I7 4890k vs the I9 10900k /32gb ram at 5.1ghz all core

WOW!! What a difference compared to my old system, with more mods I'm running 60-120fps 95% of the time apart from some heavy city mods, which before would tank down to about 35/40 on the old system.

So yeh 4K mods+ENB and it's perfectly playable

I get errors relating to SKS64 and when I load through Steam the game is glitchy.

Might have to disable every mod and try again without enhanced UI for the time being.

Or just use the AE downgrader?

Pr better yet, pick a Wabbajack modlist, download it (might need a month's Nexus premium or a lot of patient). Most now come with a Stock Game feature so they take your game from Steam and copy it over. Henceforth you'd only need Steam to be running for authentication but the modlists you launch through ModOrganiser and never touch anything which Steam might update on you.

If you only want vanilla, the smallest modlist like is SME(FT) - Skyrim Modding Essentials (Fixes & Tools)- and it's only 1GB but doesn't use Wabbajack's Stock Game feature AFAIK.

Neil, unless you using every single Creation Club mod, this mod might be of use for you to remove those CC mods you not interested in.

Anniversary Edition Content Picker

You do have to do a bit of manual work, i.e. move all the CC mods to the above mod so you can use the FOMOD picker to just install those you want to have, or none. It's outlined on the mod page and also two good videos showing how it works.

Just thought I throw it out there incase you need a bit more room for any more mods which are ESM's/ESP's versions.
