As Baz says, thats a deceptive angle. Probably offside but look at the line of the area and then look at the line of Maguire to the Leicester defender. Its nothing like the massive offside many are claiming.

They want to make conditions the same for everybody, at least until the 5th round. In fairness I assume they expect there to be mainly PL sides left by the 5th round so most grounds will have VAR anyway.

It's pretty clear to me and at the time.

However, now you mention it the lino's vision may be hampered looking at it.

Still, for me I've got to call that a bad decision!

I actually think the lino's view made it almost impossible not to give the offside. He's looking straight at Maguire's back.
 
Amorim tinkering has to stop.
Fernandes does not work in central midfield - stop it. Play Collyer or Mainoo or Casemiro.
Dalot cannot play left wing back.
Hojlund shouldn't start ahead of Zirkzee until he starts showing some form.
Keep the back three that played tonight - only bring De Ligt in for Maguire.

Yeah for all the comments he made about training etc why wouldn't he try a more consistent starting 11 so they learn on the pitch at the same time.
