I've been a member of OcUK forums for nigh on 11 years, not a massive contributor post wise but an avid reader.
This is the without doubt, hands down the best thread i've ever read, truly heartwarming and inspirational.

Everyone who has contributed should be very proud, we are amazing :)
A very special mention to 5UB who took the time and had the inclination to actually "do something" ..... An amazing gesture, you should be very proud, Sir.
 
Ain't been on GD forum for a wee while and Holy colossal threads batman! My mate Halfmad told me about this and well this is truly amazing as is the OCUK family.

Having been a member of the thin blue line for many years i can say the results for Hitman_Leon and his kids are rare, so a big well done to the cop that pursued this! Secondly 5UB....it takes one person to stick his head above the parapet and start something, you did it, top bloke! If i ever see you, first pint's on me sir! You are a credit to OCUK! To everyone that contributed, this is a year you should be amazingly proud of yourself!

Now, a ruddy massoove manhug to Hitman_Leon for effectively dedicating all he has to the upbringing of his family. An inspiration! Christ i think i'm gonna greet! Oo

5UB...if I'm not too late point me in the right direction to help give his kids (and him :P) the Christmas of a lifetime!

Just read the thread too. Not been in GD for a little while and I miss this rollercoaster.

I hope you have a great christmas Leon. I bet you cant wait to see your kids faces when you give them some awesome presents!
