I don't think he needs to, the people (and vendors) on here didn't do it because he wanted them to or to 'big' themselves up, they did it because they felt that he deserves a little treat after the terrible year he's endured.

It does go to show how much a difference a little donation can make when lots of people are involved.

That is correct, some people have donated random amounts and some have donated even amounts. Someone even donated £13.37. Made the geek inside me chuckle.
