The FA CUP Fourth Round ** Spoilers ** [27th - 29th January 2017]

has to go then.
Yep. I'll be sad to see him go but I do think he'll be a good signing for a club that'll play to his strengths. He got in to some great goalscoring positions against Southampton but his finishing was woeful. With a run of games, if his body allows him that, and a bit of confidence he'll start banging them in again. It's just unlikely you'll see him beating the offside trap and causing havoc like he did playing alongside Sterling and Suarez a few years ago.

Game over. Season over. Liverpool have collapsed in the past several weeks in a way that I've never seen a team do. Compared to the early part of the season its like a different team. We lack drive , we lack belief, we lack penetration and we lack options. Too much tippy tappy, too many passes, too much over elaboration, too much trying to walk it into the box.

Another season to write off, another summer of rebuilding.

Ermmm Arsenal??? lol too much tippy tappy...sounds like Arsenal. Too much trying to walk it in...again check, sounds like Liverpool are doing an Arsenal lol.

Not to worry though, I see us slipping up against our current bogey team soton later today.

There's money available now. The issue is Klopp refused to buy anyone that isn't a first choice target. If the right player isn't available then we won't sign just anybody.

Not necessarily a bad thing. Of course some short term pain. High pressing game is hard to sustain with small squad and injuries

Well Wolves have made the 5th round of the Cup, First time since 2007. Sop pretty chuffed myself.

I don't know the details but Klopp said pre-match that all the info the club select show there's no physical/fitness issues. The problem is we're only an injury or 2 away from being down to our barebones.

We effectively play with 5 attacking players on the pitch, yet we only have 8 attackers in our squad (1 being Ings who's been injured for 18 months). We've got 2 full backs + Milner. Even the youngster Alexandar-Arnold is a midfielder that's filling in there.

There's no right or wrong answer here. Klopp's idea is that he'd rather give an academy player a chance than sign somebody for 12 months and then move them on. Ultimately it depends on whether that kid sinks or swims as to whether he's made the right decision or not.

Southampton are playing mostly youth players, Arsenal certainly appear to have the stronger side on paper.
