The FA CUP Fourth Round ** Spoilers ** [29th - 31st January 2016]

The constant praise Smith is getting is starting to bother me. He can't defend, even in the reserves he couldn't defend and 3 times this evening he's got to the byline and failed to pick an easy pass out. He's living off that Origi cross vs Southampton.

I think though we would score if we had Ings / Sturridge fit consistently, Benteke is just poor for us.

That being said we need goals from midfield and we just havent had enough

Yeah but, that doesn't change the fact that right now we concede easy and can't score lol, this current team is terrible

1-0 HT

Despite the late goal I thought the team played very well with Tex being the standout performer. Always makes the right decision and has linked up very well with Coutinho on his return. Stick a striker in front of him and he'll get a decent number of assists.

Only negatives have been Ibe who is actually brain dead (Klopp went mental at him again), Benteke who could actually be dead he moves so little and Ilori who is too slow on the ball and keeps giving it away when he's closed down.

Sturridge on for Benteke and Henderson on for Ibe and we could win this.

He's the Aussie Moreno.

Sounds like Ibe, except the having to defend part

Im just trying to find a positive lol

We've got less than half the season left!

Yeah I saw that, when Ibe was right up against the touchline with the ball, Klopp jumped up out of his chair and gave him a right earful as Ibe walked away
He's done that in 3 or 4 games now. Ibe had an easy pass inside to Chirivella or a straight pass back to Flanagan and got stuck in mud again.

Given how long he's been around the first team and Klopp it's concerning to see him so far behind the other players in terms of game intelligence. Strikes me as the type of player that watches his teammates paint pictures while he eats the crayons.
