The FA CUP Third Round ** Spoilers ** [6th - 9th January 2017]

1-1 Arsenal finally get that equaliser.

Meanwhile Bournemouth losing 2-0 to millwall lol.

Listening to BBC etc it looks like Rooney is world class again for scoring a somewhat fluky goal against a lower division team, what a difference a goal makes. No mention of how United are playing better in the league without him in the team.

I watched a stream today and the commentators were absolutely gushing all ****ing game about Rooney. Every pass and every thing he did was 'exquisite', 'world class','incredible'.

**** off. He's past it, he managed to score despite mis-kicking the ball with his ****ing knee. Oh, and then when all he ahd to do was chip the ball over a keeper lying on the floor, he still manages to hit it at the keeper.

Yeah, he's brilliant.

Wish he'd **** off the China. *****.

So you don't rate Rooney then ?

LOL He just beat a record that will never likely be broken again for Man United, beating Charlton of all players.

He's been pretty good for United to be fair.

The primary reason he's matched (and will soon beat) the record is because up until recently he's been undroppable even though he's years past his sell by date, the media have always glossed over how average he has become. It's the same story with England.

It's a bit sad that he's limping over the line to secure the record against 2nd rate teams.

Why does Rooney not get any respect mainly from United fans? All i ever hear is moaning when the lad has won everything domestically, is your leading goal scorer and is Englands. He isnt the player he was but what he has acheived should be recognised.

"Second rate sides" Behave.

They wonder why interest in this competition is waining yearly. This is awful, Plymouth are playing for a replay.

This. Those stats BT put up a few minutes ago were damning of Plymouth. No matter what league you are in you should make a game of it and enjoy the experience. But I guess the money for playing a reply matters*more...

I'm sure we won't win but Jesus, you've got retards on BBC saying klopp is disrespecting the competition with this team. The **** are Plymouth doing lol

I really don't get that. Yes we have put out a young team of players but some are first team players and the rest are players that most around the club have huge*hopes for and expect to try and get into the first team in the next few years. They are not a random bunch of youngsters that have no hope at Liverpool.

You cant*win in this country, one minute people moan about no English/British young players in the top team's and when you do put out young promising (key word here is promising) team you get moaned at for not putting out you 500million pound squad full of foreigners.

As a club you would hope that your up and coming young players can beat/match a club from two tiers down. If not your*youth system needs serious work.
