Just takes dedication Mr.Pink, and monitoring/adjusting when things slow down. Well my mate is same height and hes 13.5 although im broader, id be happy to get down to 14.5 then concentrate on adding more lean mass.

I will also observe, whether it's bad for you or not, that's a LOT of eggs to be eating! Can you not shake it up a bit by substituting the egg dinner for a lean piece of steak with veggies or a roast dinner light on the potatoes if you're trying to keep the carbs down?
 
I dont have eggs everyday Jonny, sometimes ill have it twice sometimes not at all, I have some stuff for cholesterol control anyway.
 
Eggs don't affect your blood cholesterol, there's nothing wrong with eating lots of them. I chomp through 28 a week others here eat even more.
