The 'first to 90kgs" challenge...

Only 'coz I missed out on the anabolic lighting...

Suffering very badly this week for a number of reasons:

1) ripped my shorts in the gym yestyerday, so couldn't keep a straight face whilst squatting: form shot to... something.
2) An additional training session with the gym instructor (the S&C coach for Cambridge Univ. Rowing Club), leaning how to do snatches, and not resting enough before hitting the gym again;
3) Hip adductor tightness from a combination of cleans, deadlifts, SLDLs and overhead squats in three days' training and not recovering hard enough...

Either way, my weight is holding steady at 91.2kgs depending - I think I'm due a rest week, however, as my lifts aren't increasing as they normally would.
 
Sure thing - that's factored into the routine.

It's simply a question of 4 weeks of compound lifts and how much rest is required to recuperate. I generally operate on 4-5 weeks training with the 5/6th week off with maybe a bit of cardio and bicep curls and it works for me.

However, I have a business trip to Bangalore coming up week after next, so I'm taking it relatively easy on the weight (not the lifts) at the moment...
