The Fury(X) Fiji Owners Thread

Arrggh I haven't got enough money, I went and ordered an external drive yesterday (which just got here funnily enough thanks OCUK) so I need another week or two to save up. Duh, (At least I never folded and bought the Fury) :D

I changed my preorder from XFX to Sapphire when the XFX due date lapsed. Total fail :p

Depends what you mean by maxed out though bud, i'm @2560'1440P.

I run the game maxed with ultra were possible (Grass and Post FX) 4x Msaa and reflection msaa, all advanced maxed out with extended distance scaling all maxed too.

I have just received my Asus Radeon Fury X through the post this morning. I ordered it on saturday. Guess what? It's got pump whine. AMD told us the noise solution was fixed? This is my second card in a month that has to go back. The only reason I haven't jumped ship already and gone to green team is because I purchased a BenQ XL2730Z 27-inch FreeSync Monitor. A little disappointed to say the least. Right! Of to the shop to buy a hex key to find out what revision this pump is. :/

According to some reviewers I've been talking to the new pump top doesn't mean you got a new pump revision, Just a FYI.

haha, you probably will be camping by the door, and as soon as you hear delivery guy approaching, you just jump out, knock him out, and run away with your precious :D (insert evil laugh anywhere in that sequence :D )

Well the one I ordered last night at 6pm seems to have shipped - the one I ordered July 4th is still in warehouse -- WHAT?! :D

Sidenote: The price has gone up again on the XFX, from the £510 offer price for preorder (my July 4th order) to £529 (what I paid last night) and now £549 -- the fudge? o.O Shenanigans !
