I have all my fans plugged into my motherboard and just set to silent in the bios

Technically it's an upgrade. Performance is similar but the Fury X is certainly a lot cooler and quieter under full load.

Matt what settings are you using on GTAV bud? you on Windows 10? The problem is fixed if i disable crossfire but my fps are total crap.

Hold on mate, I'll grab some screenshots for ya.
I'm using these with 1x Fury X on 15.7.1 on Windows 10 with FreeSync enabled.
Just remember to alt tab as soon as you get in a car after loading the game the first time. It's fine after that for me.
FPS ranges from 40-60 (my panels FreeSync range) depending on the time of day and what weather is on screen.

With two Fury X you can add x2 MSAA and dial up all the other (not advanced) effects to maximum.

2560'1440P i have everything maxed, did use AMD CHS shadows but it causes block shadows instead, advanced i run all maxed out -frame scaling.

Not going to happen on two gpu's bud, it's why 4GB is sufficient for 4K, even with two gpu's. To use more than 4GB consistently you'll need three or more gpu's at 4K.
That said i tune my settings to keep certain FPS ranges so I'm always in the (FreeSync) range.

How about everything maxed out at 4K including in the advanced tab minus any type of AA, What sort of performance would we be looking at for a single Fury X ?

I've not tested it, but the FPS would likely be too low for my liking. There would be dips under 40FPS for sure.

That's the thing though bud, the fps is great, don't go lower than 45fps, just this crap problem where at random times the fps go from 70-80s down to 30fps and stays there, i'm leaning towards it being a crossfire/driver issue but of course can't be certain.

I am expecting good things when I get my Fury Xs on water but have been a little bit held up today.
My bother left his laptop at my place to be fixed while I was asleep today so I have been working on that. Has anyone tried running windows update on an 8 year old laptop after a vista reinstall, I have nearly finished a bottle of Bacardi waiting to finish the job.
