Needs more june 8th 15.200.1040 driver benchmarks. Should be good if someone does a comparison between the June 8th drivers and the launch 15.15 drivers.
With its 4k performance, the card is definitely CPU starved at lower resolutions.

Wow. They look fantastic. Really says something about the size of the card when you go single slot.
The fury X2 is seriously going to be interesting.
I wonder how long it will be before we see a quad fire build with them. While AMD's performance might not be as high right now. They did mamage to do something that hasn't been done yet.

Using the most popular CPU's / platform is common practice for testing / benching to ensure parity.
I don't believe AMD are under any false pretences that FX can compete with 5960X etc. So it makes sense to use same setup for parity.
