Mantle was released in beta form, and you have several games using that API.
Vulkan API is currently in active development, and specifications have not been finalised yet, and release date has not been given even for beta or initial release. So again, why do you need a support for unfinished not finalised version of API which has not been released yet?
 
Well that's it I'm down.. Just put a deposit down on my second Fury X (oddly enough another XFX) and will be getting it the week after next.

Bit of a risk, but I'm hoping AMD come good when the X2 launches :)

Much excited (in a twisted sort of way :D )

I think Crimson has a profile, but I've not got the game so have not tested it myself.

Si might have a point, but if you have problems, try this.

At the Crimson menu:
Add the Fallout 4 exe to the game profiles. Instructions how to do that here.
Use a Custom CrossFire Profile - Optimise 1x1
Manually set Tessellation at x16 or x8 (counter the GW's settings)

At the FO4 launcher:
Set God Rays on Low (no difference between ultra and low)
Disable Screen Space Reflections
