Picture of my warrior was on the Guild Wars EU homepage for like a month.

We are taking applications and it is up to the members who vote for who they want in their guild. Currently grown into two guilds now due to the amount of members.

I've just started again too. I've got a level 14 Necro/Ele, just past the moutains and into Kryta. Should get to Lions Arch today. Where are you up to? GW is so much better with people you know/semi know.

I have so many mini pets, over ten of them. Been thinking of selling them on but not untill I figure out what they should go for, don't want to get ripped off.
 
Did the MOX missions last night, quite fun :) Shame he's a Dervish tho, as I never use them as my Hero's, would have been better as a multi-class Hero, and he just changed colour depending on which proffession you chose for him.

Ah well, at least i'm 10K richer, and can transform into a Golem \o/

Just got my warrior to level 20, tell you what if you have factions do some quests on there because the money and XP you get is insane for so little work!

I'll come and do some missions with you if you like, just kitted myself out in some +80 armour and attached a shed load of runs to them yesterday (was using some really old armour through the whole game purely to save up my £££ :D)

Sweet. I havn't been playing the past couple of days so I'm still a measly lvl14. I've got factions but never really touched it, can you move back and fourth between prophecies/factions?

Just realised, my trust has my ancient msn address with like a billion people, so not using that one! I've updates it but I'll add you on my new one now.

Yep you can now move freely between factions, eye of the north and i assume nightfall too but i dont have that, all with the same character even if that character was made in prophecies :D

Though I think when you go into factions with a prophecies character some places are restricted, not 100% sure on that yet though as im still finding out what the past 2 years worth of updates have done :p
 
Nothing is restricted any more you can go anywhere with any character. :)

I'll be on tonnight if anyone needs help with anything. Prolly come on about 7ish, my character is called 'Iorek Valr' if you want to add me to friends.

As for the MOX missions, they are pretty easy, I Hero/Henched all 3 without much fuss.

ToA one is just mass fight, lots of golems get dropped in then you fight the boss golem.

Marketplace one there are some normal mob fights, then the boss golem, make sure you take an interupt as the boss has a rather nasty attack that does like 400 damage and knocks you over, other than that it is just a matter of pounding away (deep wound comes in very handy).

Resplendant Makun, the boss is fairly easy, his attacks don't do much tbh, but there are lots of golems that drop in to attack you and heal him while you are fighting, so make sure you take out those as they appear, then it is just a matter of whittling him down and keeping Bokka out the way while you do it.

I did all 3 and picked up my reward (which is in 'The Falls' BTW), within a couple of hours.

Easy 10K :)


I'm just going through tying up all the quests i've not done on my main char, i've been on a break from GW for about a year, but i'm getting back into it again now.

The Godless have now formed a Warhammer guild while we wait for GW2, we are on Axe Bite Pass as the good guys (underdogs as usual).

Miranda

Hey

I've been trying to get a trial for GW but after downloading the client it seems I need a trial key. I can't see anywhere on the GW site that tells me where to get one. Anyone got any idea?

Indeed, tis only £25 for all three main games and the expansion, and that is a LOT of game.
 
True, I know its pretty good, but I still wanted to trial it before spending the £25 on the risk of not enjoying it.

Is GW still pretty active? How far away is GW2?
 
Still active, yes. I play pretty much exclusively on American servers, as they are always more populated. The complete set probably offers enough play time to exceed my entire gaming collection, well worth £25.

Not sure about GW2.
 
Hmm - not played GW in about a year after I completed the game on every character and got all the FoW armors I wanted. I switched to WoW, though PvP in GW is much better.

Might have to get back into the game again.
