Mulling over a possible upgrade to ti sli, what kind of bump would that be over my 295x2?

Doubt anyone has been lucky enough to get their hands on all the different models yet, but any word yet on temperature comparisons between the various coolers?

You should just check the reviews of the various coolers, many times it also depends on fan curve settings. I bet G1's noise isn't much different from the 6G if you tweak it (just to say that every card with a well thought out cooler will do).

I think its gonna be diminishing returns really. £500 will probably be getting you an extra 10fps or sommit.

EVGA Reference, ASIC Quality 73%, Core +200, Memory +200, Voltage unchanged, Fan speed manual at 60%, Not really tried pushing it anymore.

I was waiting until the reviews and benchmarks came out for the Fury X before deciding what my next card would be (currently have an XFX 7950). However I've kind of ruled that out and now have my eye on an EVGA GeForce GTX 980Ti Superclocked ACX 2.0+ especially since it's at £539.99 for this week (although it's currently showing pre-order with an ETA of today).

Would anyone recommend this card or is one of the other makes better? Also might I need a new PSU? I was looking to upgrade the rest of my system later this year once Skylake comes out.

Current setup is:-

i5 2500k (stock)
16GB Ballistix Sport DDR 3 RAM (stock)
XFX 7950 Ghost (stock)
Asus P8P67 Rev 3.1 Motherboard
LG 27" 27MP65 Monitor

After the Fury let down combined with being let down in a big way from a rival company from Bolton, I have gone for the G1. Called Ocuk and was told if I pre-order now I should be fine when the expected stock lands tomorrow, gone for a Satuday delivery as well, too excited

Not sure if I can go into detail but suffice to say it was timing related which is why it was very difficult to reproduce in our labs for so long and thus why it took a while for us to root cause the problem.

So if you have any of the 353 drivers they are currently suffering from Timing issues and it's recommended to go to a pre-353 driver, that's if you can ( ti support )
