The GTX 980 Ti owners thread.

Lots of new owners in here.

For those wanting a better bios for of, there is one on overclock.net

My cards sit at 1500 rock solid, no throttling at all.

Memory only got up to 7900 as dirty bomb didn't like 8000 - where 800 was fine in everything else.

Does this work for any 980 ti ?

Evga superclocked at 540 or the MSI gaming at 600.

Don't care about the backplate. Means nothing to me personally.

I guess the MSI has a better power phase as its 8pin x2? Therefore will oc even further from its base oc?

I've just had to pull mine out and go back to my 760 :(

Died when playing GTA5 for 5 mins last night and can't get it running again. The screen had all blue artefacts and screen 2 wouldn't work. Hoping it's a driver issue and not a dead card

Have you google it or tried with a different driver? Take out, put back gently and check if fits correctly and fire up the system to test it, also with another games!

Yep, I tried the previous driver, still the same. I'm thinking I've possibly not uninstalled the drivers 100%, will try again later.

I'd just built the pc so thought I might have done something wrong, works fine with the 760 card though so thinking it's definitely the 980ti :(

don't just uninstall, There is a Driver Removal tool, will do the job, and after that you can reinstall back the new driver. Old drivers will leave entries in registry, files... Need a proper removal and a fresh juicy driver.
