They can't give you solid information if EVGA are fobbing them off.

The whole way these launches work is backwards anyway, they know the date for release so why can't suppliers just ship the cards before this date so everyone has stock ready or are they more bothered about leaks and NDA's being broken. People knew most of the 980ti's specs and performance a few days before anyway.

I agree, I could go on another well known computer site and they all have set days of when the EVGA cards will be in, Likewise with everything else.

Why not just push the date forward instead of set it to OVERDUE, That could mean 2 days or 2 months. Am giving it to monday lol, The funny thing is the more people that give up the closer I get to the front of the que as well D:!

I've been told I'm #1 in the queue several times. I find it incredibly hard to believe. I imagine if you asked for your position in the queue, you'd likely be told the same lol.

Sheesh, Number 1? Haha. I'd be abit annoyed if I was told that and saw others get there's randomly. I feel that pain.

Probably got bored of you phoning them

Anyway , just chill and do other things. Sitting on the forums makes it worse for me when I'm anticipating a GPU (especially since I'm not in the UK and get things late).

Yep, no balls or just sheer laziness. It's a phone call to their rep or sales contact. Sure it might take a few times to get through as no doubt they are probably ducking out of line of fire lol. But still. As it stands, it feels like the staff at OcUK are sat back in their chairs waiting for stuff to happen. Not proactive at all and as a result, they have lost my business from future 'pre orders' with ETA's slapped on the front.

OcUK, seriously. Get hold of the situation and provide a solution.

My friend, I get your frustration and I share it completely. I wish I had my cards this weekend, I've already paid! However I think it's a bit harsh to put so much blame on OCUK.

They clearly only put the cards live to be ordered from the minute they got confirmation from the manufacturers and NVIDIA. I guarantee OCUK is fighting harder than you to get stock to keep us high end spenders loyal. Ultimately I blame NVIDIA for releasing so little stock and it seems to be they were rushed to get something out to compete with AMD's upcoming release...they probably rushed it even more to beat them to the Punch at Computex in case AMD pulled a stunt...

Also, this is always the way with cutting edge technology, whether it's a new graphics card, a new apple watch or a new phone...if you wait a few weeks, you can get much more accurate stock, pricing and shipping dates....but then we wouldn't be first....

Personally I've got a nice long weekend next week and hope I have it before than...and until then I'm going to enjoy the rig I have today supplied by OCUK

Saw the Evga stock cards in the afternoon but changed to the super clocked as I thought the cooling might b better , ok s few more days

but I think I made the right choice £610 and Iv seen nothing yet and I'm a bit cranky waiting , come on Evga /Oc I'm desperate now . Anyone know any more ?

Yeah, I switched from the MSI Twin Frozr to the EVGA SC because it had an ETA in the immediate future.. This probably put me to the back of the queue for the EVGA but I was hoping there would be enough.
Now with these delays i'm not sure what card I should have my order on... I should have changed my order to the Inno3D card yesterday when they were in stock, it seems Inno3D are the only manufacturer who've been getting decent quantities out (I've seen them in stock on other sites as well.)

I don't blame oc in the slightest , evga say next day it's there fault not oc .
Think someone hit it on the head , it's a paper release to beat the competition . But who wants anything other than nvidia eh

Haha, Tell me about it. I've owned a 290x and a 295x. Both now sold and out of my life forever, I don't want to go back to AMD drivers ever again. I'd cry.

My average Firestrike score for 2x 980Tis has gone up after I used DDU in safemode. I still had lots of GTX 580 remnants it seems.

This isn't set in stone, This is another websites dates. Nothing to do with OCUK
