We could use the sensor tab on GPUZ to get most of the info.

I would like to see that, especially the Msi gaming temps. I have a feeling that mine runs a bit hotter than average, even with an aggressive fan profile i'm normally in the mid to high 70's which seems a touch high.

In every day use asic will not make any difference but if you are benching just maybe a little depending on what type of cooling you are using.

Seems toasty. I hit 74 with default MSI 6g fan profile.

I think the fan runs at 63% when benching or playing witcher 3.

With default bios I can only game at 1440. But I can bench at 1490.

I was dissapointed at my oc. But I'll be getting another soon :-)

Is coupling a non ref with a ref a bad idea? I so wish I went non ref...

I agree that's a wee bit high. Mine runs low to mid 70's with 80% fan speed. I do have 2*SP120's blowing air from the base of my case directly onto the GPU right enough.

I wonder if i should replace the TIM. I've got some Phobya HeGrease i can use. Is that ok to put on Gpu's?

I just have the big intake at the bottom of my haf-x. Too many empty HDD cages in the way!

I think mine is cooler than average.

I can't have a fan on the bottom (Air 540) as the Hdd bays are there.

Yeah i know however Msi are ok with it being removed as long as you don't damage the card, i checked with them a while back as i want to watercool at some point when EK release blocks for them and i get the money together for it all( might not be til the end of the year).

I have the air 540 case like yourself and have 1 secondary hard drive on the left and i have pulled out the right hand tray (i have dust filters fitted). I use 2 corsair SP140 led quiet editions on max speed (1150rpm) at the front and my h100i exhausts out the top fitted with SP120 quiet ed. My evga classified as an example runs no more than 50% fan speed on auto profile, reachs 80 degrees on witcher 3 and at stock runs 1396mhz core fixed due to temp drop from 64 degrees. With an overclock of +70 core 1462mhz stable after 64 degress (stable in witcher 3) and +700 memory on heaven 4.0 it again maxes at 50% fan speed and hovers at just under 80 degrees. It is quiet and makes not really any more noise than my pretty quiet case and cooler setup.
It seems odd that your fans ramp up so much on your MSI card.

I may try that with the case.

I set the fan like that to stop it from getting crazy hot. I think i will take the cooler off at some point and change the TIM and see if it makes a difference.

Could put a G10 on it, you keep the backplate on the 6G and the card already has a midplate covering all the vrms. With a H75 and SP120 Quiet Editions push pull never seen it break 55c
