@usocool - You can do the same with Afterburner, the reasons why I prefer Afterburner are: It has monitoring software built in, and the fact you can take full png screenshots of games (and thus not lose quality)
If you have CCleaner installed (you should), you can use it to control which applications have permission to open upon Windows start-up.That sounds convenient.
