To get on the Roll of Honour all you have to do is post a pic with your user name on it of your 980 Ti.

Anyone thinking of cancelling if AMD release some furious information today? :D

I've got a ROG Swift so it would be unwise of me to,

Although i doubt it would be very hard to shift it for a freesync if it came to it.

Anyways i'm having rather bad luck with my order for my hybrid so i guess never say never!

If the fury is a absolute beast then i might consider it, play on my rog swift with g-sync until i find an alternative freesync monitor :)

What about you ?

if the Fury has 8GB of RAM and is like a good 30% faster than a 980ti for the same price then possibly, as above I would have to sell my ROG Swift and to be honest none of the freesync monitors really tickles me at the moment with the various compromises

Its rather interesting seeing both of your above posts, being both on a swift just like myself and even considering AMD!

Didn't Asus release a ROG freesync monitor as well? ( haven't looked in detail tbh)

But yeah either way it is still on the cards, and i suppose i could go for a few months without g-sync and still use the swift to decide my next move!

But as andy said,

If it is 8GB and considerably faster for the same price, then it could be a no brainer to go for it.

But my main concern and previous experience was the driver support from AMD, personally i have always had better driver support from NVIDIA

Yes they did. Asus IPS 120Hz FreeSync one, and a G-Sync version as well.
2560x1440.

I would also consider switching, although their performance the Crossfire drivers would need to be stellar. My last experience with crossfire ( Feb 2014-Feb 2015 ) was terrible.
I even owned some FirePros, and the drivers were poop. Especially for multi tasking.

the freesync versions are not as good as the gsync version, and yes my driver experience with AMD has been somewhat less than stellar, so it would have to be an absolutely golden option to switch over

as it sits now, if the rumours are right and it is 4GB and roughly around the same ballpark performance wise as a 980ti, I'll be getting the TI

to put things in to perspective, 10% performance difference at 90fps is still only 9fps, which is not even really noticeable, it would have to be like 980ti gets dips to 90fps and Fury never drops below 120fps type of difference for me to even vaguely consider a swap, as well as full support for the games I want to play

Yeah i believe i am in the same boat as you to be honest, i won't be touching 4GB cards from here on out though. I guess we shall see!

I'm also having bad luck with my Hybrid pre-order, looks like it will be a while before mine ships.

OCUK CS mentioned that it may be as long as 26/06, so a full 26 days after I ordered the card. Matt did say there may be stock sooner than that and that I'm number 4 on the list but he couldn't commit to a date sooner than 26/06.

Fingers crossed he's just being conservative and my pre-order comes in this week, will be a long few weeks/weekends if not.
