The GTX Titan X owners thread.

YAY it arrived! Booo, I think it might be dead....
I get the VGA LED on, on my ASUS Deluxe X99, and the card doesn't even show up in the BIOS....

To get on the Roll of Honour all you have to do is post a pic with your user name on it of your TitanX.

Flash your motherboard bios to get the card working.

TitanX cards are very solid and reliable and you should be up and running soon.:)

I've updated to the latest Bio version 1702, and the GPU is still not seen. Not in the Bios, nor in windows. It has power, LED is lit up, and fan is spinning.

It's still only seeing the GTX 580

Considering OC3D just said that some things in those 390X leaked benchmark graphs is actually spot on I'm having 2nd thoughts about investing in the Titan X

Seriously tempted to upgrade to a Titan X from a 770.

Was originally planning to hold out for 980Ti but perhaps the TX will last longer?

im hoping you have tried this but have you tried taking the 580 out and also switching the slot your titan is in ?

Wont last any longer than either the 980ti or 390x. As soon as the proper next gen (when we finally get off 28nm) they'll both be bottom of the pile :p

The only thing buying a TX now will allow is gaming sooner rather than later, about it really (gaming at higher frame rates/settings)

Thanks for keeping me sensible ;)

Try it on it's own without the 580 in and reinstall the drivers.

First things I tried before updating the bios. Still no luck, with the card on its own the VGA LED on the mobo is on. Black monitors all round, so installing drivers is pointless as the Titan X isn't seen in the system anywhere, and both monitors say no cable detected.

Looks like I got a Dead on Arrival GPU. :(

You're the first! Mine failed within a day but was not DOA. It took OCUK two weeks to replace mine, but since they now have the cards in stock, I expect you'll be up and running by Monday.

I doubt it, I'm in ireland and nothing works over the weekend. So at the earliest my GPU might be shipped back on Tuesday, then if lucky arrive in the UK by Thursday for the competitor.
