Yes but yours will be more sharper we being 1900x1200 on a 24" screen im guessing? mine is 1360x768 on a 40" screen 
Edit: No im lying, everything is on ultra high except drivers, and when ever i try crank up reflections/shadows it just crash's the game when it reloads for the new settings
Edit: Infact tell me what settings you've got it on there, shadows and reflection.....and which is best multisampling?

my grid is on high graphics (res 1440x900), looks somewhat worse then everyone elses
