Not really cracking it looks very janky in general, it took them over a year to patch it so that shadows look half decent. As said only downscaled shots look good really.
Them pics above look overly processed, don't like that mod tbh.

Wow this game is bloody fantastic, I don't know if there's been some patches since it came out but the issues most commonly spoken of in reviews (bad gunplay, bad AI) haven't phased me at all. Gunplay is great, the weapons feel really solid and precise to use, AI just seems 'normal'.
Totally worth £6! Heck just to look at this game it's worth it, the atmosphere is fantastic - a must if you have surround sound or decent headphones.

WoW runs off an engine that is 7 years or so old, if you include the days of the Alpha/Beta testing.

Right okay, you seem to be missing a few key points:
- WoW was specifically designed to scale back to older machines
- The Source engine was the Crysis of 2004, it didn't run great back then on older hardware
- MMOs typically have inferior graphics to <insert X FPS here> because of the gigantic scale and need to work on a massive amount of hardware (they need lots of subs in order to continue running)
So really, your entire post was pretty much "WOW SUCKS HURRR DURRR"

The in-game AA on this sucks, I had to turn it off it just makes everything look blurry. Gonna try forcing it in control panel instead to see if that's any better! To be honest though without AA on it doesn't really look aliased in-game anyway.

I just got Persona 3 working flawlessly via emulator, I'm playing it on my PC because you can't control your party members in this one which makes boss fights extremely frustrating. Save states for the win!
and it's legit, I'm running it off a real PS2 disc now. (though ripping it to PC for faster load times)
I'm 14 hours in to the PSP version and I agree, but that version doesn't have the 3D cutscenes unfortunately...it does however have a few gameplay improvements.
I'd rather have the cutscenes though. Trade off!
Ill upload the 1080p ones, only downscaled because of my terribly slow upload speed
