Crysis + Blackfire's mod.

No texture improvements, just mainly lighting and shadows. I'll install a texture pack another day and upload a few more shots.

Some more of Falcon BMS 4.33.1. Update 2 is out but I haven't installed it yet. These shots were taken at 1440p DSR on a 1080p screen. I've recently turned on 4x DSR for 4K and it looks stunning, but the comms text etc is far too small, and FPS has plummeted ha.

To those that aren't familiar with Falcon... For todays standards, yes it's not the best looking sim, and DCS is far ahead graphically. What makes BMS special, is that it's 18 years old now and BMS is a community driven mod that is completely free. It is very accurate to the real F-16, and even has NASA FLCS data coded in so the flight model is VERY realistic.

A few more shots of Crysis with a texture pack installed. Either I didn't install it correctly, or it hasn't made as much difference as I hoped it would. I think it's a case of the latter.

I saw that the other day. I certainly enjoyed aspects of the video, but when playing the experience is god awful. :( :eek:

Maybe I can alter the weapon movement, I don't know. Also, even though I like a fairly heavy contrast, this is too dark for me. Things look quite different from what I'm seeing in the video, but perhaps you can tweak things?

I can see what you mean, though I don't think that's really the point. Admittedly, I haven't tinkered with that many mods for it, but I'm still yet to find a worthy texture mod. There just doesn't seem to be that many around. :)

noticed that your getting 80fps. i thought to myself why how??? then i realized from your sig. your prolly running at 1440p? i'm only getting 40fps.

there was a statement from somebody saying that this game/mod was too dark. my nvidia control panel brightness is set to %50. i've also color calibrated my monitor so the darkness issue isn't.

I'll have to check out how to calibrate my monitor again. I did this before, but probably forgot to do it after a recent windows installation.

Edit: seems it already is calibrated.

Dark Souls 3 - Ashes Of Ariandel DLC

Max everything 4K resized to 1920x1080. After a lengthy 6 months wait the first DLC has arrived on Steam. Its mega tough even for a dark souls title :eek: but also sadly very short & will only last around 2 hours.
