Some assassins creed unity, this gameworld really feels "alive"! The detail for the NPCs behaviour/interactions with other NPCs is impressive:

Also, it runs extremely well on max settings (no HBAO+ as I don't like the effect and nvidia shadows implementation disabled too), I was expecting diabolical performance given the feedback, I guess they must have somewhat optimised/fixed it since release :p

you been spending a bit of money Nexus mate...well on Titanfall 2 anyway :)
Had the games for ages, just never really got around to playing them and tbh, I probably won't even finish them, already bored of them :p

Didn't buy titanfall 2, it is a free trial for the weekend, pretty impressed with the single player though! Unfortunately it doesn't even let you finish the first mission though...

Unity is one of the best looking games I've ever seen. The amount of detail is just staggering sometimes, especially paired with the lighting. Replaying the game now on a 1070, it looks significantly better than Syndicate and is IMO better overall (Syndicate's combat, weapons and customisation were a joke).

WHAT?!

:p

Personally I much preferred syndicate in every way (although I haven't got far into unity yet...) although unity is without a doubt far better for the attention to detail as well as the NPCs behaviour etc.

Also, I think syndicate textures etc. are a lot nicer than unity, unity looks a bit blurry but I had a really good sweetfx config for syndicate to remove the horrible colours/blurry look it had, not able to find anything of similar quality for unity yet :(

Fighting, customisation, side content and weapons are far worse in Syndicate;p Unity's climbing mechanics are better as well, that rope thingy made everything too easy and characters were simply jumping up instead of climbing.
I love London but I also think Unity excels in atmosphere.

Regarding textures, IMO they look very good maxed, practically on par with Syndicate.

Enjoyed both games but I'd give Unity the edge now, especially regarding combat and climbing.

Yeah tbf, I haven't got far enough into unity yet to judge combat etc. Although syndicate seems to be a lot more brutal for finish moves etc?

Definitely prefer unity's setting over syndicate.

True that about the climbing etc. Love in unity the pulley systems that you can cut to ascend up quickly and it does seem to be more fluid in general.

Well, Unity has some pretty damn brutal ones as well, albeit somewhat less over the top;p The best thing is that you can use different classes of weapons, even polearms and heavy axes (each with different finishers).

Also, the outfits are damn cool and you can customise each part individually, meaning you can freely combine parts from different outfits:D

Hmmm sounds good! Guess I'll have to put a bit more time into it!

Nothing wrong with over the top killing/death finishers either, the more the merrier! :p

Wanted assassins creed unity on PC, but got it for just over a £1 for the Xbox One, bargain.
