Seeing those Watch Dogs shots makes me ask why some people claim the graphics are poor.

Them Watch Dog screens look great imo and no way did GTA 4 look better then that, but hey if you like a poo brown filter over everything... whatever floats your boat.

A modded GTA 4 wee's all over it though.

I kinda disagree about a modded gta 4 looking better...

ill post a couple uncompressed shots with the highest I can possibly get everything looking and see what you think.
For some reasons the screenies show jaggies but you cant see them in game.

More I look at Watch Dogs more it actually starts to look good. The grass, water and reflections are sublime, still think the rest is bad though, textures in particular.

Yeah, the water does look good imo. Ok, the finished product doesn't look like most of us were expecting, but I still think it has managed to present itself as a decent looking title.

Got Watchdogs yesterday and gota say, impressed so far, performance isn't fantastic but it's very playable none the less.

Here's a few shots of the game maxed out @1080p, Ultra textures 4xMsaa.
Average fps is around 55-65fps on foot with dips to 45fps in cars.

I hate the DOF effect in games. Turn it off and it stops the area surrounding the centre of the screen looking a blurry mess. I just don't get it. My eyes have built in DOF, I don't need it in game aswell, akin to looking down a tunnel. Lol.

some games it works really well, like modded Skyrim, toehrs it just doesnt work for me either.
