Not very far in but heres a few shots ive snapped, game is beautiful looking
System Specs are 5900X, Gigabyte Aorus 3080 Master, 32GB 3600 C16 Ram, running the game on Ultra @ 3440x1440p, DLSS set to Quality, these were taken with Raytracing on the setting below Psycho, i just bumped it up now and will take some more.

Cyberpunk 2077, no spoilers, all of the above screenshots take place in the prologue which has been extensively covered by CDPR over the years. One thing I will highlight, I have NEVER seen facial expressions as natural as they are in this game. It truly is a next gen title.
Running everything max (RTX and reflections at psycho), DLSS balanced. 75-80fps average, it's a machine killer for sure! A new Crysis if you will.

Be really interested in know what different setting you two are using to make this much detail difference
Look at the buttons on them things in front of her and that Lizzies bar light, Agnes whole picture is so much sharper and clearer for some reason

As for difference in image quality, that can be judged from the images below.
It's pretty amazing how well these algorithms can work these days, although the game clearly does have a certain amount of blur already present. Still a win in my book.

If that were the case, it would be more pronounced in the close up images or the details in background items. Looks more like a DOF effect, which only shows how little difference there really is.
It clearly isn't going to look exactly like native revolution, but it certainly isn't anything like what you're making it out to be. It's also a pointless and purely contrived statement talking about Vaseline, consoles and sort of looking like things etc. given the obvious nature of the technique and large number of comparisons I've made.
I'm also not an idiot who needs to be told about things that can be clearly seen but that I must have missed.

It looks sharper and more detailed without CAS FidelityFX enabled.
