Finally bought The Last of Us, Graphically very pretty, Beginning of the game is frakkin brutal though, If you know you know... also spent a fiver and bought the frame gen mod from PureDark, Works quite well and it's sooooooo smooth.

Undervolted the card and pulling no more than 300w at max load :)

I had never cried at a computer game until that point.

The Last of Us, Just for giggles though I'd run it at the highest res Nvidia's DLDSR allows which is 5760x3240, Also used DLAA ingame so no DLSS of any kind.

The details are really nice, Remarkably was still getting 55FPS with a power limit and undervolt in place.

I remember trying DLDSR in it but only at 5160x2160 - The details are great but they don't look any different to the 2.25x I was using and with DLSS - Which I completely expected really given the nature of the tech. You can still see the checkerboarding around hair strand groups on the above, the same as on my experience too, so fine details don't improve with the higher rendering res whether DLSS/DLAA/DSR or not, they're just very good anyway.

Some of the lighting can actually be pretty immersive, like this area on Neon, actually only Neon so far seems to be made this way.
So you are just using this

and that's it? And are satisfied with how the game looks across its locations?

Just that, but across the main mission locations thegame looks fine, it's when you enter certain buildings or other generated planets/moons etc that things look rather bland. Akila City is a main mission area and that place looks bland though too. unfortunately no amount of mods can polish up what is inherently quite poor visually to begin with it seems here.

That's a shame. Hopefully someone will create some kind of best of both worlds compilation.
