***The High-Res Screenshot Thread!***

Is Undisputed a good game? I didn't know it was out now.
I bought it more for the graphics than gameplay, it feels like a decent boxing game given there are no other choices unless you go back to fight night.

Limited choice of boxers though, although they're adding career mode stuff soon and what not.

Feels more simulation in the sense that knockouts haven't come easy for me.

I think it might pick it up once the career mode has been added then

Some Prepar3d V6 screenshots, initially without any 3rd party scenery and later with some ORBX Scenery. Weapons are now part of the Pro version.

I love Half Life and wondering whether HL Alyx is worth buying now there is a mod to play it without VR

Does it run OK, and is it similar to HL2 ?

Is there a thread in this forum discussing HL Alyx ?

I don't know if there's a thread as never checked but yes basically if you're familiar with the look at feel of HL2 then you'll be fine with this.

There are a few quirks due to the nature of the mod but you can sort it with no clip (V) here and there if you get stuck.

The graphics are obviously much better than HL2 and it runs amazing. It basically barely uses both CPU and GPu yet is still locked in engine at 120fps at 3440x1440. I can't find anywhere to unlock fps or change resolution so think this is controlled in the SteanVR settings which we don't have access to it seems due to not using VR hardware.

I had to change mouse sensitivity to 100 though and also changed the performance settings to Ultra when launching the game from the main menu.

I've played Alyx on my Quest 2. The no VR mod looks pretty cool but I'd always recommend trying it in VR if you can. The level of immersion is astonishing.

Prepar3d V6 - The Pro version has now got weapons and simulated Avionics systems. The software is now heading towards the realistic flight training route, rather than the shiny " I can fly a 747 over my house" market which MSFS 2020 has stolen the crown for. The software is very stable, and pretty much backwards compatible with most 3rd party modules. I volunteer for STEM demos for our company, so this is ideal for roadshows and school, STEM events. Kids love taking off from RAF Valley in the F35 VR cockpit, with the older clients having a thrill (and brag) about burning through the Mach Loop course...

Just started AC Valhalla and was shocked at how well FSR has been implemented. At Ultra Quality FSR, the image is almost indistinguishable and with a 50% performance gain, and there's an almost 100% performance gain at my chosen Quality FSR setting. Still early in the game, so too early to draw any conclusions for other factors.
