Cyberpunk 2077 with lots of 4k mods. I'm still in awe of the lighting in this game. I just started a new play through but tempted to get a VR headset to do another.

I use Nexus. Really simple and it seems to just work. There was a 4k total overhaul thing with about 50gb of mods as part of it. I use a few others aside from that.
