Think they patched up performance as the above area was running at sub 100fps previously, now it can hit 200fps at 4K DLSS Quality or well over 100fps DLAA but quite why anyone woudl use the much more power hungry DLAA vs locked 120fps at 3K DLSS is a mystery since they look identical.

I cannot believe how good Crysis 1 still looks. No mods. Max settings at 1440p with 4x Antialiasing (old school AA). The textures do let it down a little though.

The Pyro System has an unstable star prone to flairs, its quite dangerous, it was abandoned by the UEE quite some time ago and has been taken over by criminal gangs / factions, its not a friendly place and everything in it is in a bad state of repair.
Its not easy to get an external camera screenshot while in the wormhole as you do need to navigate it.
I've had to dub audio over my colourful language.

That's not the original HL/2 graphics keep in mind, it's running in unreal engine 5 with Lumen GI and volumetrics etc

Just reinstalled HL2 as I noticed there was a 20 year anniversary thing. Played a wee bit, and oh my gosh, the game is just perfect.
When this first came out I must have been blown away (I honestly can't remember but must have been). The world is just so well realised.
