I think you’re going too far. There is definitely an issue but the issue is not present in all games. Intel have demonstrated that they can fix driver issues.

This is beyond me but does seem to suggest poorly-written drivers are the issue

If you play at 1080p Medium settings the B580 far outperforms the RTX 4060 (100 fps vs 78 fps), but the two are closer at Ultra settings (48 vs 41 fps). FS 2024 doesn't seem to support XeSS.
