How far can you overclock the non k i7 7700? in the CPU specs it states you can overclock using the bclk.

Just ordered a 7700k, z270 formula mobo and some ddr4 3600 memory. Might be a while until the system is built (or not) as I need to redo my water cooling rig to suit.

Will get some results as I plan on delidding/relidding the cpu.

If you have the opportunity it would be good to get some before and after benches up.

It would be nice to do this. Depends how it goes with the new copper pipes as I really want the system complete by the weekend and left alone.. I will give it some thought and not ruling out the possibility.

I am liking kabylake already. It was a worthwhile upgrade for me coming from a 3770k definitely.

Just running a bare test rig with a lowprofile noctua cooler and I booted to windows and ran cinebench r15. 5Ghz @ 1.325vcore. Cant wait to get this all watercooled.

Has anyone delidded their 7600k to change the tim? Would you get much difference in temps like on the 7700k?
