Same for me as well. Hoping it lives up to the hype.
I'd be pretty annoyed if my copy didn't come by Friday but it wouldn't be the end of the world,
I've never used Tesco before and if on the first time I've used them they let me down i would simply just go back to using more reliable people.
My only concern with them at the moment is i have ordered 2 copies and they've "dispatched" one and the special edition is still "created", but we'll wait and see.

I have to be honest here - is it the worst thing in the world if it doesnt arrive on launch day? I know its a pre-order and obviously theres some expectation but worst things can happen.
For example, I was going to pick up FIFA 13 on launch from the supermarkets and my PS3 decided to die the night before while playing the demo. You can imagine how vexed I was!

Yeah but when you then found out how **** FIFA 13 actually is you realised your Playstation was trying to warn you.
Luckily for me Amazon actually gave me some money back when that new PS3 ended up faulty and they couldnt get the same model after months of waiting. Worked out I got FIFA 13 for free and Ive put the rest of the voucher towards Beyond Two Souls and my PS4 preorder.Yeah but when you then found out how **** FIFA 13 actually is you realised your Playstation was trying to warn you.
I cant help but thank my lust for FIFA in helping me reuse my money for much better games

FIFA 14? You'll be far too busy playing Beyond: Two Souls come October and then GT6 for FIFA to even be on your radar.

True, and it's not the end of the world.
There are a few people on here who ordered months back as they've been anticipating the game for a long, long time. It's sod's law that their orders haven't yet been despatched, yet people who heard of the game off the back of E3 etc, have had their games despatched despite ordering fairly recently.
Not that I'm bitter or anything...

I think Amazon should aim to dispatch on a Wednesday at the latest as Royal Mail quote 1-2 working days for first class delivery which brings us to release date. I think a lot of the time I've ordered stuff from Amazon they haven't actually dispatched it until the day of release which makes it all the more frustrating when people luck out and get it on release date.

Standard edition, ordered along side with god of war.

At this rate it'll be everyone spoiling the game for me when mine finally arrives next week.
Perhaps it's the Joel Editions that are being held back then. I don't know. I need to find something else to do to stop myself from being anxious about it.
