Just so most guys know, everytime I have pre-ordered from Tesco I have gotten the game atleast by release day (I did however get Diablo 3, 5 days ahead of release), and their update system is useless though, the day I usually got "Your item has been dispatched" email, I usually got it that day or shortly after!

For anyone who has the DLC from shopto, it is now active and can be redeemed, there site states valid from Friday though but mine worked just fine

I didn't bother trying the code when I read the shopto 'not valid until Friday' message.
Nothing really exciting, Sound Track, 2 Avatars and a Theme but hey it was free so

someone on another forum posted up a review and suggested not to use listening mode:
may do the same as it seems a silly feature.
"One thing I would strongly recommend is NOT to use listen mode when playing this game. I discovered it in the demo and it is more immersion breaking, more game breaking than any other glitch in this game.
Listen mode should be called see through walls mode because that's exactly what it allows you to do. It's stupid, makes no sense in terms of Joel's abilities (he's supposed to be the common man) and completely sucks out all the tension in the game."

Yeah, was always my intention to turn that off.
I don't necessarily see anything wrong with it, it makes the game accessible to people who might prefer to experience the game just for the story and the option is there to disable it (as well as the hints etc).

Is it worth having the hints on for the first 30 mins or so? Just to get the controls down? Or is it pretty standard affair?
