I think I'd struggle with that too, but I know who i LOVE AND i TELL THEM, becasue they mean somthing to me. Thats me I know, it just seems in this thread that people don't understand what "love is"
 
I actually never think ive said it to anyone (apart from family) and truely meant it.

But for the OP, around august last year when I broke up with my last long term GF.

I said it around midnight when I left the gf's. I tell her every day either in text, over the phone, or in person. I also say it to a female friend pretty much every time I see her (every couple of months), and even though I say it in a jokey manner, she knows I mean it completely (obviously a different kind of love to the one I have with the gf though :D).
 
I said it 3 times this morning, to my 3 favourite people. mrs fatiain and the 2 kids (got bugger all response off the kids, they were flat out!)
 
Shamefully...i cant remember when i last said it to me Folks :( or sister/brother for that matter :S bad i know.

Last it was said and meant was about a year ago to my ex, it was last said on the phone to my mate last night :D
 
I have not said it romantically in a while, having finally just fallen out of love with someone. I can't remember exactly when I last said it to family member, but know that I have. However, there is scope to tell them a lot more :).
