Fair enough. Both games are very similar, so this one isn't going to win you over if you bounced off the original.Tbh I was not a fan of BOTW I just think it’s not for me. I’m sure it’s a great game but just not my great game.

I tweaked my TV settings yesterday and I thought the same, the game was bright and colorful (It was during the day in game mind ).yay just got my first heart and went down below
any one else notice the game seems to be very bright or is it just my tv settings?, been tweaking my tv settings a bit.
I noticed this to. If you set TV out put range to limited the blacks look black and not grey.yay just got my first heart and went down below

I really loved BOTW but I don't think this is for me.
The same way I loved Fallout 3 and New Vegas, but didn't like Fallout 4...
'Building' things.
I hate building things in games. That's not exciting to me at all.

I'm sure i've read comments (or watched a video) that said whilst it's obviously part of the game, Nintendo were conscious to design it so that it could be played without a particularly heavy reliance on the building mechanic - i.e. you can still approach a lot of the game as you perhaps would have done in BOTW and make do with fairly simplistic stuff, rather than needing to spend 3 hours crafting the perfect hover glider to be able to progress to the next minor game area.
Yeah the building to solve puzzles is really simple stuff, attaching a few bits together, nothing complex, at least I haven't encountered anything complex so far.I'm sure i've read comments (or watched a video) that said whilst it's obviously part of the game, Nintendo were conscious to design it so that it could be played without a particularly heavy reliance on the building mechanic - i.e. you can still approach a lot of the game as you perhaps would have done in BOTW and make do with fairly simplistic stuff, rather than needing to spend 3 hours crafting the perfect hover glider to be able to progress to the next minor game area.
Seems fusing stuff is necessary for decent weapons but the rest seems pretty optional from my limited time and the reviews/feedback I've listened to.I really loved BOTW but I don't think this is for me.

Choppy at times but not enough to be a pain. The game is pretty slow paced. So what's the performance really like?
Is it choppy? Is it like BOTW? Was BOTW smooth?
I've never played either.

So had to use a guide to get to the 3rd shrine lol
