cigs are gangsterishly addictive. iv never seen anyone be able to quit smoking and leed a normal life. last person i saw who has quit smoking had cuts on thier wrist and big black bags under the eyes and when sitting down kind of rocks forwards and backwards. a real mess.

its kind of lesson learnt the hard way thing. everyone i know who smokes i asked them why they started, and they all replied its either their mates who used to smoke or they started to look cool.

shockingly the most people iv heard that tell others to not smoke are smokers themselves.

also iv read somewhere that smoking causes cancer but they say thats not true. its when you stop smoking is when the cancer starts to come. can't remeber where i read this though but will see if i can find it.
