A lot of our squad look knackered. Yesterday was another flat performance. Recently we've looked like Ole's team again and it really shows the fall off when you lose Eriksen and Casemiro. Whilst I feel we have progressed with ten Hag I still think the team is very much a work in progress. Sabitzer and Weghorst are not top 4 quality and yet we will be depending on them.
I think we are indeed quite tired but we are missing quite a few vital players that most teams would struggle without, let alone a team with as little depth as us.
Our strongest team this season would likely include:
Martial
Eriksen
Casemiro
Varane
Then would would have Garnacho coming off the bench to help change games. Most teams would look a little flat if you took out their 2 first choice midfielders, their only good striker and one of their regular CBs.
I think that if we have a new owner by the summer we might see Weghorst and Sabitzer sticking around with Maguire, Lindelof, McTominay, Martial and a few others getting the boot. Then we will be buying another CM, a top class Striker, probably another CB and perhaps another RB.

I think Web, Sab and Lindelof (fairly good back up player) will stay, the rest, as you say will leave. Shame about McTom, as he did very well early in the season before Casemiro came in.

We need someone young who can learn and eventually replace Casemiro. For me this is key. Arguably a player we have been missing for a good ten years. If Casemiro stays fit he will last another 4 seasons but we need someone ready and lined up as an understudy to take over. Almost like when Keane replaced Robson. It was seamless.
I do like the idea of keeping Sabitzer he seems to be finding his stride now. Same with Weghorst as a backup for the top striker we will get in the summer.
I do agree with your selling list and buying list. Would be a perfect summer then.
Depends, he’s only going for the majority stake whereas I think Qatar want to buy outright from what I recall. So it might be more down to whether Glazer’s would prefer a stake still.

This is not true. Both are trying to buy the entire Glazer's stake. Qatar have said they then want to go after 100% of the club after that.
What is currently for sale is only Glazer's share which is just over 70% I believe

Yup, according to the BBC article Ratcliffe wants the Glazer’s share (69%), whereas the Qatari bid is looking to acquire 100%.
I seriously hope Ratcliffe is the successful party.

I just want to wake up one morning and read the news with it saying:
"Man Utd sold in full to <insert your own preferable bidder here>. As of today Man Utd are now Glazer and debt free, and the new stadium plans have been given the go ahead. Works starts tomorrow to bring you the new 100,000 capacity stadium with state of the art facilities"
then I will be happy.

Completely agree. Sounds like it should be sorted out by the summer though which is the main thing. I can't believe that whoever we get will be any worse than the Glazers but who knows. They ran the club awfully from a footballing perspective but fundamentally ploughed most of the money back into transfers. We could end up with a worse owner in that regard but fingers crossed we won't.
Watched the Finnish investor on the United Stand. He only knew the Glazers were selling last week? What planet is he on.
Best thing for United will be the Qataris. We need a new stadium, new training facilities and a good budget in the summer to progress.
Glazers spent practically zero in January, I expect this to be the same in the summer if this is not sorted by then.
We are very close to building a title winning side.. imo priorities are:
Goalkeeper (Sell Henderson, buy Costa)
Centre back (get rid of Maguire, Lindelof)
Defensive midfield (back up option for Casemiro)
Winger (get rid of Sancho)
2x Striker (get Osihmen and Sesko and get rid of Martial and Weghorst)
