All these big tech companies need to shrink imo. They far too big.

From what I've read, one of the reasons these companies have so many staff, is simply because at times there just won't be good talent to hire, so these firms have to hire and keep them on even if not needed else the other firms will do it and then there will be no one good left.

Makes sense, considering these tech companies have been growing at such a pace

Did 2 years there, I just got totally burnt out, initially it's great - the sort of stuff you get to work on, but there's only so much I can take.

I'm confused, if you can do what you want why did you get burn out?

Is there not a ball pool there or pool tables with firemens poles to the next floor down?

Sorry I think I worded it a bit badly,

I never worked for FB, but whilst at Amazon - the perception of FB by Amazon employees was that FB was mega cushty and relaxed, a lot of people were always leaving Amazon to go to FB because there was very little pressure and lots of cash.
