Surely tho they would've had certainty for 5/10 year if they already had their mortgage in place.
Id far prefer knowing exactly how much I was paying per month that the potential rapid increase on rent.
Didn't fancy buying the tool?Moved in last week. Spending this weekend chasing cables in the brick walls for new wiring throughout.
Holy ship it's hard.
A wall chasing machine, dust extraction hoover and breaker makes light work of wall chasing and gives a neat finish. Even a cheapy job from Aldi or Lidl are effective.Moved in last week. Spending this weekend chasing cables in the brick walls for new wiring throughout.

Its best to get a qualified electrician to do the job.A wall chasing machine, dust extraction hoover and breaker makes light work of wall chasing and gives a neat finish. Even a cheapy job from Aldi or Lidl are effective.
Ffs what a jokeJust had our buyer pull out just before exchange of contracts. Fanbloodytastic!
Electricians don't need to be paid to chase a wall. They need to paid to join wires as per the instructions and then all importantly print off a certificate. Its best to get a qualified electrician to do the job.

Stick 2 of the straight blades into it back to back, should give you adequate cutting for cabling
You're talking about plasterboard not brick I presumeWarning: Sketchy haha

I’m hoping to get an update today, middle of chain is last to get their legal work done. Ours is all done and has been for a while now.
Question on home insurance, this needs to be ready to go on exchange, I’ve done quotes etc on comparison sites and know who I’ll use but sounds like I need to get something more concrete “on file”. Is that right or can I just finalise the application on exchange day.
