I've noticed a recurring theme when it comes to clips of recruits lobbing grenades - in all of the clips, there's always a wall of sandbags/dog-legged trench for the instructors to dive into.
You might have thought that by the time a recruit gets to the stage of handling live munitions they might at least have got the hang of simply throwing something...
Still, at least if she's ever on the receiving end on a live enemy grenade she'll know how to duck and cover like a boss.
 
This is why they shouldn't allow women in the military. They simply can't throw.

I don't think she will, ducking & covering didn't come into it, she tried to run away but was grabbed by the instructor & thrown into the trench. :p
