Yes, it comes with 1x140mm but has space for 3 fans in the roof. I have one about 5 feet away

Edit: Here's the top with the cover removed and one 140mm fans fitted, just to assuage any worries Robbiec might have

There's a filter on the front two mounts, over the entire top and on the PSU/floor intake. The only fan mount without one is the rear exhaust, for obvious reasons.

Also good to know this case is really peeking my interest at the moment I love the case I have but thinking about getting something smaller. Think I would replace the fans with the BeQuiet SilentWings. Thanks for all the info Raikiri and have you got any pics of your set up at all please?

Looks very nice m8 nice job dont think fractal have ever released a windowed panel have they for any of their cases? Nice to see the use of 140mm fans in the case so much better than the 120mm offerings about.

I've contacted them and apparently a window is 'coming in 2012', although they didn't say when in 2012.

Very nice adding a window yourself will be a nightmare with the bitumin (however you spell it hehe) on the panel.

My silencio arrived today for my spare parts/folding pc, impressed with the quality of it for the price point. This case plus the venomous x i bought is damn near silent, can just pick up on hdd noise and psu fan (budget corsair psu so not too surprised about that)

Took a couple of shots while I was finishing up my clean up.

In a month I'll be buying a 2500k, new mobo and grey HyperX ram so it'll be all black n swish.. And eventually I'll get a modular PSU and re-braid those SATA cables, but that's pretty far down on my to-do list.

If I had the time and money I'd probably go for a blue/black theme.
